HELP US CURE THE DISEASES OF SCHEDULE TRIBES.

Burgoor Mountain is a chain of mountains in erode district of Tamilnadu and is situated at nearly 1000 feet above the sea level.

cholar, oorali & malaiyali are the communities of nearly 20,000 people are living in 30 villages of this mountain.

This Mountain contains so many villages in nearly 10 to 20 kilometer distances, There are no transports & proper road facilities. So we go there only by walk.

Here the people are living only with their less fertile lands. So they are not able to satisfactorily fulfill their fundamental needs fully.

Children, pregnant ladies, & aged persons are affected by anemia due to insufficient & nutrition lacking food. These people are the groups living without even the bare minimum antibiotics for their emergency medical needs.

Disease affected persons and pregnant ladies can go to hospitals only by walk due to improper roads, non-availability of transport & lack of communicational facilities.

Government aids are not sent to these people to fulfill their needs. So, to help these people, we have opened a small hospital in Thamaraikarai of burgoor mountain.

The hospital's name is JEEVA schedule tribe's hospital. "Makkal Thalaivan" (people leader)

Jeeva is a man who sacrificed his life only for these people. So Jeeva's memorable trust has started this hospital on his birthday, January 8, 2009 in his memory.

This hospital occupies 15x25 square feet of place. In this hospital homeo & siddha treatments are given to these people for nearly the past 8 months with responding doctors.

Only small amounts of Rs. 10 & 20 are collected as fees in this hospital considering the people's poverty. So the patient's visits are increasing to this hospital.

The monthly expenses incurred for the doctors, medicines & maintenance cost are currently above Rs. 10,000 per month.

This hospital is running only due to the help rendered by friends & other noble hearted people with helping tendency.

This hospital is being improved in respect of daily treatments by providing the medical treatments with low fees as well as free treatments according to the income level of the people who seek treatment as patients.
